I am an Ocean Inclusion & Governance Specialist working at the intersection of surfing, conservation and marine systems. My lived experience, learning and most recently, Churchill Fellowship allows me to bring internationally informed insight into how access, representation and power shape ocean access, advocacy & conservation.

My perspective has been shaped through leadership within environmental advocacy and founding community surf initiatives. I also have conducted international research examining surf and marine governance systems across different cultural contexts.
Because I combine lived experience, systems thinking and governance, ocean literacy to help organisations move beyond symbolic inclusion and build structures that are credible, resilient and fit for the future.
Most importantly, I aim to create WITH you, not FOR you. Listening is fundamental to my work, enabling me to identify gaps and guide how to close them with integrity and authenticity.
